The data collected for specific purposes will also be processed by third parties designated for this purpose as external data processors or, as the case may be, communicated to the latter as independent data recipients, i.e.: i) for the above-mentioned purposes , belonging to companies of the Company in other regions or abroad; individuals, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and advice to CORAL and accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters; ii) companies, groups, providing relevant and instrumental Associations that serve to allow data subjects to browse the website; iii) public administration bodies that perform institutional functions within the limits established by laws and regulations. Data transfers to independent data recipients in other regions or foreign countries will be processed in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and applicable data protection regulations. Independent data recipients in other regions or foreign countries may be subject to various data protection laws and regulations. CORAL will ensure that data is protected in the same manner as it is under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
Furthermore, these data may be provided, disclosed and transferred to public authorities, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, where they will be processed on the basis of verification requirements or cases expressly provided by law.

CORAL Websites use so-called social plug-ins. Social Plug-ins are special tools that allow to incorporate Social Network functionality directly into the Website (e.g. the Facebook’s “Like” function).
